Ongoing Consultations

   

The Department of Justice and Public Safety in collaboration with the Department of Finance is seeking stakeholder input as we work to modernize the Liquor Control Act.

The deadline for submission is July 9, 2018.


The Task Force was announced May 30, 2017 by the Minister of Post-Secondary Education Training and Labour (PETL) to review New Brunswick’s Worker’s Compensation system focusing on short term solutions and long term sustainability.


The Commission on Electoral Reform is being established to examine electoral reform in the province.

The Task Force was mandated to provide a path for creating the right conditions for quality child care that are accessible and affordable and that support parents’ participation in the workforce.


The Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour, in collaboration with WorkSafeNB, is sponsoring a three-year, multi-stage legislative review of workers' compensation.

Legislative Review of Workers' Compensation

EIA is a process through which the environmental impacts potentially resulting from a proposed project are identified and assessed early in the planning process. It is a proactive, preventative approach to environmental management and protection.


Draft regulations are available for public review and input. This is part of government efforts to increase transparency.
